One of my favorite resources ever is Where Chefs Eat. With more than 2,000 personal recommendations from such chefs as Ferran Adria, Daniel Boulud, Eric Ripert, Marcus Samuelsson and Hugh Acheson, you'll never lack a place to eat no matter where in the world you might be. Everything from bargain noodle joints to high-end restaurants are represented, and there are  great quotes, maps and reviews to ensure you never run the risk of having a bad meal.
